Project ManagementBernie and Andy have successfully managed projects from start to finish on time and within budget. We have the planning and organizational skills to prioritize key project tasks, assign responsibilities and drive each task to conclusion. Our project management skills allow us to develop the proper budget, time line and to drive the project to a successful conclusion.

Public Private Partnership (P3) - Indiana Toll Road


Developing the financial structure for the opening of the new Indiana State Museum.

Co-commissioner for the rifle venue of the World Police and Fire Games.

Director of Contract Audit for INDOT projects including Ohio River Bridges and I-69.

Responsible for the financial management of the Indiana Governor, Mitch Daniels', “Major Moves” $12 billion, 10 year highway construction.

Directed the Transportation Agency conversion from existing software to People soft to improve financial reporting and provide the agency with an enterprise solution for state wide management.
