Assisted the Township Trustee in the execution of the following:

  • Eliminated the Township’s $22 million debt within a two year period.
  • Reduced the Township poor relief expenditures from $16.5 to $6.8 million.
  • Reduced the property tax rate from $1.22 to $0.38 per $100 assessed valuation.

  • Uncovered excess billings by landlords for indigent housing totaling $150,000.00 during a Township Trustee audit.
